We put all the herbs and spices we thought would taste good together into this dip mix! So..everything but the kitchen sink No sugar, no salt, no msg and tons of flavor! Just mix one pack with a cup of sour cream and a cup of mayo (or two cups of sour cream, or yogurt) Makes a nice big bowl of terrific dip!
