Description
This dress/top is our unique design. The bottom two ruffles can be easily removed by pulling apart the velcro under the top ruffle. Now the dress is a cute top. Later the ruffles can be reattached to wear as a dress again. This 100% cotton made in the USA dress has been preshrunk and washes beautifully. Just shake it out when you take it out of the dryer and it is ready to go with no ironing!
